Brandi Dredge: Author and Advocate
Empowering Survivors Through Storytelling and Service
Brandi Dredge is the author of Girl, Uncoded, published in October 2024 with She Writes Press. She's all about empowering survivors through her storytelling and service in the community. Living in Missouri, Brandi gets inspired every day, jotting down her thoughts on Post-its, apps, or Word documents.
She’s always learning from her mentors and soaking up the resources they share online, whether on websites or YouTube. Her passions are deeply rooted in her faith, family, and the oneness of life. Brandi has a knack for turning thoughts into beautiful words. She's known for her big smile, laughing when she feels like crying, crying when she should be laughing, and chasing after her dreams with all she's got.
Brandi is not just a mom and encourager; she's a true example of resilience. She shares her story to lift up and inspire those facing similar struggles. Her creative process often involves diving into mystical thoughts and deep emotions, which she captures perfectly in her poetry. And yes, a strong cup of coffee is her trusty sidekick.
As a member of The National Association of Memoir Writers, The Junior League, and the National Coalition to End Child Marriage, Brandi makes sure her voice is heard for the causes she cares about deeply. Her advocacy work is as much a part of her as her writing, making her a real force for good.
